Chui Daycare & Learning Centre is an early childhood development centre managed and operated by Radiant Rural. We follow the government curriculum while focusing on a play based approach to learning. Children also get introduced to e-learning using laptops, virtual reality glasses, electronic and interactive toys helping them to navigate our digital world better in the future.
At the learning center, we provide Online Classes to students with our partner EDvantage Digital Learning System. Out of school children and teenagers also get an opportunity to learn online with a well-trained teacher.
Children learn personal hygiene in a fun and practical way. Brushing teeth, washing hands, learning about body parts, cleaning and eating healthy are some of the activities taught. We collaborate with health officials to ensure the well-being of children.
Radiant Rural is currently establishing a tree nursery that aim to plant over 10,000 seedlings by the end of 2025. The goal of this project is to provide a free and an easy access of seedlings in the village. At least 10 different species of trees are planned to be distributed and planted to each household premises in the village.
This is a new project launched in 2022 by the co-founders of the Radiant Rural. Radiant Rural is committed to supporting the manufacturing and installation of beehives around the village. The goal of the project is for every household in the village to own two hives. We aim to increase the production of honey in the village and thus to boost the income of the community.
In 2020, Radiant Rural managed to establish a nursery in Mkalama District in Singida region. The project germinated and grew more than 1000 seedlings of 12 different species of plants including fruit and timber trees. All trees were planted in schools, home gardens and farms in Mkalama
In 2021, Clotilde and Shams decided to build a kindergarten as well as children playground in Kinyangiri village in Tanzania. The project was inspired by the sight of many children roaming village street without a safe place to learn and play.
